On August 8, 2005, President George W. Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This Act changed the time change dates for Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. Beginning in 2007, DST will begin on the second Sunday in March and end the first Sunday in November. The Secretary of Energy will report the impact of this change to Congress. - What if my numbers change between now and my event? 
Answer
Within our defined limits listed at the top of this page, we are flexable with advanced notice and possibly addtional cost.  If last minute your numbers drop, the price is not changed.

- What happens to the left over food at an event?
Answer
A big question filled with emotion!  The Davidson County health department does not let caterers give large amounts of food to customers or guests.  Remember: Caterers were not hired to serve an amount of food … they are hired to feed a certain number of people. The caterer owns the food and always sends extra because they can't predict how much a particular group will consume at an event.
