For 1 - 4 guests (max 6)

(5th & 6th guest $20 each per day)

Private Standard Bath/Shower attached

Rose Room - Rented ONLY as add on to same party in Master Room + $50
1 - 2 guests

Queen Bed (no foot board), antique dressing table, candle lit fire place, ceiling fan, in room refrigerator, on first floor of main house.

Private Elegant Victorian footed Bath/Shower across the hall shared with Master Room guests.


Heavy Continental Breakfast daily – save $10 off room rate if you do not require breakfast
Policies

Check in time is 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Central Time or by appointment at specific time - otherwise we may not be here to check you in.  Please call if you are early or late 1-888-228-3868 toll free
We accept; Visa, American Express, MasterCard & Discover Cards to book and then also Cash for balance due at check-in

Deposit amount required (one half stay total paid at time of reservation)

The balance of your stay is to be paid upon check-in.

Smoking is allowed in limited outside areas (on porch or in garden)

Children are welcome (with advance reservation priced same as adult)

Consumption of alcohol is permitted

Check out time is by 11:00 am

 
Overnight Cancellations: A fourteen day notice prior to arrival date is required for a refund of deposit in the event of canceling or changing reservation where a $50 cancellation or change date fee applies.  Within 14 day window, Deposit (minus fee) refund ONLY when room is rented to other guests.
Wedding/Elopement Cancellations have a separate policy – please inquire.

Some Holiday week deposits are due in full to book and are non refundable (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Country Music Marathon and Country Music Fan Festival)
