Overnight room reservations in conjunction with weddings/elopements may be one, two, three or more nights.  Because of our very active wedding business, for overnight only stay the Master Room has a minimum of 4 nights and Mr. Greens Cottage has a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Check in time is 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Central Daylight Savings Time or by appointment at specific time - otherwise we may not be here to check you in.  Please call if you are early or late 1-888-228-3868 toll free
We accept; Visa, American Express, MasterCard & Discover Cards to book and then also Cash for balance due at check-in

  • Discounts available          Military (5%)      ~     6+ Night Stay (10%)  
  • Minimum stay required. (3 nights except with a wedding where fewer nights are allowed).
  • Additional Guests in Master Suite (3rd) or Cottage (5th & 6th) $20 per person – Children charges same as adults
  • Advance deposit of one half (1/2) total required at time of reservation.
  • Special convention dates & holidays deposits are unrefundable or transferable
  • Within 14 days of stay date, if cancelled, deposit refund ONLY if room is re-rented.  Reschedule / move reservation fee $50
  • Weddings with Guests have a seperate cancellation policy outlined in the event contract available upon request
  • Smoking is only allowed outside.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted.
  • Guests, once checked-in, are welcome to come and go at their discretion
  • Check-in time is: 4:00 - 6:00 pm Central Time (unless otherwise arranged and confirmed with Inn Keeper), Check-out: by 11:00 am.
