Weddings - Facility rental includes:
Elegant-private changing parlor for the bride, covered guest chairs, indoor 6ft. table & white table cloths, wedding punch served inside, punch cups, indoor Cake Table, candle light, a Chaplin to conduct your ceremony (if needed is included), professional Wedding Director, use of the Steinway grand piano, ample off street parking, all set up and clean up.
(A rehearsal or overnight stay is separate & optional)

Private Chapel Ceremony
Wedding Only - no reception 2-20 total people attending - 3 hours  
 which includes: 1 Hour preparation and prelude; 1 Hour for ceremony; 1 Hour for pictures

With 2 - 45 total people attending - 4 hours 
 which includes: 1 Hour preparation and prelude; 1 Hour for ceremony; 1 Hour for pictures; 1 hour for reception
